End User Experience and Health Care Workers in Relation to Acute Management and Long Term Care
This study will explore, using qualitative research methods:
- The experiences of patients, their families and other informal carers in relation to the receipt of care across the different stages of the clinical trajectory
- Their views about the appropriateness, timeliness and adequacy of care at the various stages
- Their expressed priorities for care at each stage and the extent to which these were met
